البحث ومتطلباته:

يجب أن يكون البحث جاداً، يساهم علمياً، ويتبع المنهجيات العلمية المعترف بها في مجالات العلوم؛ العلوم الإنسانية، والعلوم الاجتماعية، والدراسات الإسلامية.
يجب أن يكون التركيز على التنمية في أحد مجالات التقدم الحضاري ودمج العلوم الإسلامية والاجتماعية المتعلقة بالواقع المتنوع وحياة الناس، ضمن تخصصات المجلة مثل التنمية (الدينية، الفكرية، الفقهية، الأصولية، القانونية، السياسية، القيادية، الإدارية، التعليمية، النفسية، الاقتصادية، التاريخية، الأدبية، الثقافية، التقنية، الإعلامية، الفنية).
يجب العناية بتوثيق البحث، والالتزام بقواعد اللغة العربية الصحيحة، والامتثال للمعايير العلمية في الاستشهادات، والإشارة، والترقيم.
تتبع المجلة التوثيق بطريقة (ABA) في صدر الصفحة وفق الصيغ الآتية:
- المراجع في صدر البحث:
- يختصر إلى (اسم الشهرة للمؤلف، وسنة الطبعة، والجزء، والصفحة) على هذه الصورة: (الشوكاني، 1994، ج 2، ص 435)، (منظمة التعاون الإسلامي، رقم: 163، 2007م)، وفي حال وجود أكثر من كتاب لمؤلف واحد في البحث يضاف اسم الكتاب على هذه الصورة (الشوكاني، فتح القدير، 1994، ج 2، ص 435).
- المراجع في نهاية البحث:
- (اسم الشهرة، اسم المؤلف، اسم الكتاب، المحقق إن وجد (بلد النشر: ودار النشر، وتاريخ الطبعة، سنة الطبعة، والجزء، والصفحة)، على هذه الصورة: وجود مؤلف يكتب: (الشوكاني، محمد بن علي، فتح القدير الجامع بين فني الرواية والدراية من علم التفسير (بيروت: دار ابن كثير، ط 1، 1414، 1994)، وفي المرجع الذي لا ينسب إلى مؤلف يكتب: (منظمة التعاون الاسلامي، معالم العودة إلى المنهج الحضاري في الإسلام (مكة: مجمع الفقه الاسلامي الدولي، قرار رقم: 163، 2007م). وفي أبحاث المجلات والمؤتمر يكتب: (الاسم، عنوان الدراسة أو المقالة (بين قوسين)، اسم المحرر يليه “وآخرون” (المكان: دار النشر، التاريخ، وأرقام الأجزاء والصفحات)، وفي الاستشهاد من وسائل التواصل يرتب على نفس النسق ويضاف رابط المحاضرة وتاريخ الأخذ من الانترنت على هذه الصورة: (الخالدي، صلاح، منصة بيان للتدريب والبحث العلمي، سلسلة رقم: 8، 1442، 2021م. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bBk55Pzi3c0&t=54s

عند الاستشهاد بآية قرآنية، يجب ذكر رقم الآية واسم السورة في أعلى الصفحة.
عند الاستشهاد بحديث من كتب الحديث، يعتمد الصحيح، كصحيح البخاري ومسلم، وفي غير الصحيحين يبين درجة الحديث من حيث الصحة والضعف، مع ذكر التوثيق برقم الحديث في صدر الصفحة.
عند الاستشهاد بشعر، يجب ذكر اسم الشاعر، والمصدر الذي تم الاستشهاد به.
عند الاستشهاد بمخطوط، يجب ذكر الاسم الكامل للمؤلف، العنوان الكامل للمخطوط، مكان حفظه، تاريخ النسخ، عدد الصفحات، ورقم الصفحة مع تحديد ما إذا كانت الإشارة من الصفحة الأمامية (أ) أو الخلفية (ب).
سيتم مراجعة البحث المقدم من قبل خبراء في المجال، يتم اختيارهم بشكل سري، لتقييم أصالته وحداثته وعرضه، وتحديد مدى ملاءمته للنشر.
سيتم مراجعة البحث من قبل محكمين اثنين أو أكثر، كما تقرر اللجنة التحريرية. سيكون قرار اللجنة بخصوص صلاحية البحث للنشر نهائيًا، دون التزام بتبرير أي قرار.
سيخضع البحث للمراجعة، ويجب على الباحث تنفيذ التعديلات المقترحة خلال شهر من تاريخ استلام القرار.
يمثل البحث المنشور آراء المؤلفين ولا يعكس بالضرورة آراء اللجنة التحريرية أو المؤسسة.

Research Requirements:

The research must be serious, scientifically contributing, and follow recognized scientific methodologies in the fields of science, humanities, social sciences, and Islamic studies.
The focus should be on development in one of the fields of civilizational progress and the integration of Islamic and social sciences related to the diverse realities and lives of people. This includes the magazine’s specialization areas such as development (theological, intellectual, jurisprudential, fundamentalist, legal, political, leadership, administrative, educational, psychological, economic, historical, literary, cultural, technical, media, and artistic).
Care must be taken in the documentation of research, adherence to correct Arabic language rules, and compliance with scientific research standards in citation, referencing, and numbering.
The journal follows the (ABA) documentation method at the top of the page in the following formats:
- References at the beginning of the research: Abbreviated as (author’s surname, year of edition, volume, page) in this format: (Al-Shawkani, 1994, Vol 2, p. 435), (Organization of Islamic Cooperation, No: 163, 2007). If there is more than one book by the same author in the research, the book name is added in this format: (Al-Shawkani, Fath Al-Qadeer, 1994, Vol 2, p. 435).
- References at the end of the research: Surname, author’s first name, book title, editor (if present), country of publication: publishing house, edition date, year of edition, volume, and page, in this format:
  - When there is an author: (Al-Shawkani, Muhammad bin Ali, Fath Al-Qadeer Al-Jami between the arts of narration and judgment from the science of interpretation (Beirut: Dar Ibn Kathir, 1st ed., 1414, 1994)).
  - When the reference is not attributed to an author: (Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Landmarks of Return to the Civilizational Approach in Islam (Mecca: International Islamic Fiqh Academy, Decision No: 163, 2007)).
  - For journal articles and conference papers: (name, title of the study or article (in parentheses), editor followed by “et al.” (place: publisher, date, and numbers of volumes and pages)).
  - For citations from social media: arranged in the same format and includes a link to the lecture and the date of access from the internet in this format: (Al-Khalidi, Salah, Bayan Platform for Training and Scientific Research, Series No: 8, 1442, 2021). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bBk55Pzi3c0&t=54s.
When citing a Quranic verse, the verse number and the name of the Surah must be mentioned at the top of the page.
When citing a hadith from hadith books, only authentic sources such as Sahih Al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim should be used. For others, the degree of authenticity and weakness must be indicated, along with the documentation by hadith number at the top of the page.
When citing poetry, the name of the poet and the source from which it was cited must be mentioned.
When citing a manuscript, mention the author’s full name, the full title of the manuscript, the place where it is preserved, the date of the copy, the number of pages, and the page number, indicating whether the citation is from the front or back using (- for the front and – for the back).
Submitted research, upon initial approval, will be reviewed by experts in the field, selected confidentially, to assess its originality, novelty, and presentation, determining its suitability for publication.
The research will be reviewed by two or more referees, as decided by the editorial board. The board’s decision regarding the research’s suitability for publication is final, with no obligation to justify any decision.
The research will be subject to review, and the researcher must implement the suggested revisions within one month from the date of receiving the decision.
Published research represents the views of the authors and does not necessarily reflect the views of the editorial board or the institution.
